Data collected with questionnaire instrument and processed by bivariate analysis. Based on the results of Spearman Rho test for intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, the value is the same, are 0.000 and α = 0.05. so ρ = 0.000 < α = 0.05, H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic rewards and job satisfaction at the Ferina Mother and Child Hospital in Surabaya. The value of the intrinsic reward correlation coefficient = 0.603 and the value of the extrinsic reward correlation coefficient = 0.585. The largest of beta coefficient values are extrinsic reward variable is 0.359 so it’s means that the most dominant variable in influencing job satisfaction are extrinsic reward. more satisfied at work.
