HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR ONLINE SISWA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SMP ISLAM KREMBUNG KECAMATAN KREMBUNG KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
Abstract
Learning motivation is one of the factors that influence success in the learning process. Students will more easily master the subject matter with a supportive environment and conditions. This can show that motivation is also influenced by several factors, one of which is a supportive family environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family social support and students' online learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic at Krembung Islamic Middle School, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research design uses quantitative studies. The population in this study were all students of Krembung Islamic Junior High School, Sidoarjo Regency as many as 433 students. Sampling technique using Stratified Sampling. The sample in this study were 37 respondents. The research instrument used a modified questionnaire from Mulyasari's research. The data analysis method uses Spearman Rho' Test. Test results using SPSS 21.0 Spearman Rho' statistical test obtained p = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between family support and students' online learning motivation at Krembung Islamic Junior High School, Sidoarjo Regency. The conclusion of the study is that the higher (positive) family support students have, the higher the learning motivation, while the lower (negative) family support, the lower the student's motivation to learn. This shows that students' learning motivation has a positive relationship with family support.
