    Abstract
Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Drop Out is a patient who does not seek treatment for 2 consecutive months or more before the treatment period is complete which can cause TB complications. This research aims to prove the relationship of drug dropout history with TB complications in Dr. Soekandar Mojosari Regional Hospital and Puri Public Health Center Mojokerto Regency. The design in this study is Corellation Analysis with the case control approach method. The population in this study were all TB sufferers who had a history of drug withdrawal with TB complications. The sampling technique in this research is Non Probability Sampling. Consecutive type is a sample selection by establishing research criteria included in the study until a certain period of time. The study was conducted on December 25 2019 - January 31, 2020. The independent variable in this study was a history of drug withdrawal, and the dependent variable in this study was TB complications. The instrument used in this study was a history of drug withdrawal using interviews and TB treatment cards, while TB complications used patient status. The Spearman Rho test results showed that pvalue = 0.055 or more than α (0.05), so that H1 was accepted, which means there was no relationship between history of drug withdrawal with TB complications at Dr. Soekandar Mojosari Regional Hospital and Puri Mojokerto District Health Center. Based on this study it can be concluded that TBC complications that occur not only due to drug withdrawal factors, but can be due to factors from the spread of infections that are increasingly widespread, the immune system of TB patients with less, TB comorbidities, nutritional status of TB sufferers, and also knowledge of TB patients who are less aware of maintaining health, check-up handling TB so that many sufferers experience complications.
