HUBUNGAN VULVA HYGIENE DENGAN TERJADINYA FLOUR ALBUS (KEPUTIHAN) PADA REMAJA
Abstract
The problem of flour albus (vaginal discharge) is a problem that has long
been experienced by women, especially teenagers. Teenagers are part of the
population at risk. Flouor albus (vaginal discharge) is one of the problems of female
organs in the form of discharge from the vagina. Flour albus (vaginal discharge) can
be in the form of physiological albus flour (vaginal discharge) and pathological flour
albus (vaginal discharge). Flour albus (leucorrhoea) that lasts a long time
accompanied by itching and unpleasant odors can cause greater disease. Flour albus
(leucorrhoea) arises because of fungus, bacteria, viruses, fatigue, stress, hormonal
and vulva hygiene. Correct vulva hygiene behavior such as cleaning genetalia with
clean water, cleaning from the back (anus) towards the front (vagina), not using tight
pants, changing pants. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of
hygine vulva with the incidence of flour albus in adolescents. The research design is
a study of literature. The number of articles or journals reviewed was 10 journals
consisting of 9 national journals and 1 international journal. The review method was
obtained from the database namely Google Scholar by using the inclusion and
exclusion criteria by using the PICOS system (Population / Problem, Intervention,
Comparation, Outcome, Study Design). The results of the review indicate that there
is a relationship between vulva hygiene and the incidence of flour albus (vaginal
discharge) in adolescents. For adolescents to be more able to maintain and care for
their female reproductive organs and find information about vulva hygiene from
various media.
