HUBUNGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA SIDOARJO
Abstract
The high public demand for nursing services and the emergence of
competition in many sectors, requires nurses to be able to compete by providing
quality services, especially nursing services. Nursing services are the main things
that must be improved in accordance with applicable nursing service standards, to
create trust, loyalty and patient satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to
determine whether there was a relationship between the quality of nursing
services with the level of satisfaction of inpatients at Anwar Medika Public
Hospital Sidoarjo. Correlational analytic research design with cross sectional
approach. The population in this research were all patients at Anwar Medika
Hospital Sidoarjo. The sampling technique of this research uses non-probability
sampling type accidental sampling. The sample used was patients who met the
inclusion criteria. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire. Data
analysis uses the Spearman Rho Test. The results of this research indicate that 1
patient who stated that nursing services were not good (1.3%) said quite satisfied.
14 patients who stated that nursing services were good category (17.5%) said
quite satisfied. And 65 patients who stated nursing services very good category
were found 27 (33.8%) expressed satisfaction. Spearman's rho test results with an
error value () = 0.05 obtained a significance value of 0,000 so H1 is accepted,
there was a relationship between Nursing Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction
Level at Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital with a relationship level of 0.385. The
concluded that the better the quality of nursing services, higher level of patient
satisfaction.
