Pengaruh Pemberian Informasi Tentang Triage Menggunakan Leaflet Terhadap Kecemasan Keluarga Pasien Label Kuning Di IGD
Abstract
Information about the patient's condition that is not conveyed to the family
in the emergency room is often a problem that can cause anxiety in the patient's
family with the yellow triage label.. The purpose of this study was the effect of
providing information about triage on family anxiety of yellow label patients in
the emergency room. The design of this study was pre-experimental with a one
group design pretest-posttest test approach. The population of this study was the
entire family of yellow labeled patients in the Sakinah Regional General Hospital
at 46 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so
that a sample of 31 people was obtained. The research was carried out on 1-10
June 2020. The instrument uses DASS 14 for success. The results showed that
64.5% of respondents experienced moderate anxiety before being given HE, and
almost 48.4% of respondents experienced mild anxiety after being given HE.
Wilcoxon Test analysis results obtained pvalue = 0,000 or <α (0.05) so that H1
was accepted, which means that there was an influence of providing information
about triage using leaflets on family anxiety of yellow label patients in IGD
Sakinah Mojokerto Hospital. Health education provides information to add
knowledge or insight and change attitudes, perspectives and instill something new
that was appropriate to health behavior so that the patient's family will feel calmer
so that the patient's anxiety level will decrease.
