Characteristics of the need for a relationship with God in the medium category are 74 people (77.1%), relationships with oneself are in the medium category for 78 people (81.25%), relationships with others in the moderate category are 77 people (8.02%), and relationship with nature or the environment in the medium category 49 people (51%). Most of the research respondents had moderate spiritual needs, this was due to the chronic disease they experienced and the relatively long hemodialysis therapy.
