dc.description.abstractPhysical, psychic and hormonal changes that occur during the pregnancy process cause various complaints. One of them is vomiting nausea or morning sickness that is common in early pregnancy. The phenomenon that occurs there are still many pregnant mothers who do the treatment of nausea and vomiting by using drugs from midwives only and rarely do so using nonfarmcological therapy one of them using ginger Wedang. Research aims to determine the influence of ginger-feeding in reducing the frequency of nausea and vomiting in the I trimester of pregnant women. Research design is a study of literature. The number of articles or journals reviewed by 10 journals consisting of 5 national journals and 5 international journals. The review method uses Sisitem PICOS (Population/Problem, Intervention, Comparation, Outcome, Study Design). The review results show that the use of ginger is effective in reducing the frequency of nausea and vomiting in the I-trimester pregnant women. Nonfarmkologis therapy for reduced nausea and vomiting can be using hot ginger. Health institutions are expected to increase the competency or Kehalina of officers in the use of complementary therapies in treating nausea and vomiting during the I trimester pregnancy.en_US
