HUBUNGAN LAMA KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS)

Abstract

The ability of a nurse to handle emergency cases such as stopping, stopping breathing by taking actions such as Basic Life Support or basic life support, basic life support is an effort that must be done immediately by someone if they find a victim who has stopped breathing, stopping heart, every health worker must have good and appropriate skills in providing Basic Life Support measures. The purpose of this study is to explain the long-standing relationship of nurses with basic life support capabilities based on the results of empirical studies. In this study using the Study Literature Review. Literature search is done through, google cindekia, google scholar and pubmed using the keywords long time working, long time working nurse, basic life support, basic life support capabilities, in searching journals found 30 articles that are the same as keywords and duplicated, from the results duplication found that there were 10 journals that match the research title using PICO analysis. Obtained from the analysis of journals there are 5 international journals and 5 national journals, the journal shows that there is a relationship between the length of work of nurses with basic life support. This shows that there is a correspondence between theory and journal from the results of the study of respondents doing Basic Life Support where the longer a nurse works, the better the capabilities, so that in handling emergency cases that require immediate assistance, it is carried out carefully, quickly and precisely according to operational standards to prevent the occurrence of disability or death. Emergency emergency services is a very important role for nurses because (Time saving is life saving) that time is life.
