dc.description.abstract | Patient satisfaction reflects patient perceptions and needs for the utilization of
health services. Assessing patient satisfaction is very important because it often
helps to determine the quality of health service delivery and the health system
response. Patient satisfaction can come from the completeness of hospital
facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of service
facilities with patient satisfaction about inpatient services at Sakinah Hospital,
Mojokerto Regency. This research uses correlation analytic design with cross
sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatients at Sakinah
Hospital Mojokerto Regency in May 2020 as many as 498 people. The sampling
technique of this study was consecutive sampling. The sample in this study was a
portion of inpatients at Sakinah Hospital in Mojokerto Regency in May 2020 as
many as 50 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis of data
using the Spearman Rho Test. The results of this study indicate that 80% of
respondents rate good inpatient care facilities, and 90% of respondents have high
patient satisfaction about inpatient services, 80% of respondents who rate good
service facilities are satisfied about inpatient services. Data analysis shows that
there is a strong relationship between service facilities and patient satisfaction
regarding inpatient services at Sakinah Mojokerto Hospital. This is because if the
facilities provided are in accordance with the needs, then the patient will feel
satisfied. Hospitals are advised to improve service facilities such as ensuring that
patients are away from toxic and hazardous materials, installing heat detection
devices and fire detectors in each room. | en_US |
