ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA Ny “Q” MASA NIFAS SAMPAI DENGAN PENGGUNAAN KONTRASEPSI (KB) DI RUMAH SAKIT WILAYAH MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Breastfeeding is the attachment of the nipple in the baby's mouth to suck out milk
from the breast, during the puerperium there are often physiological changes that
cause discomfort to postpartum mothers, such as sore nipples due to difficulty
attaching the attachment between the nipples to the baby's mouth. The purpose of
LTA is to provide care. midwifery by COC (Contiunity Of Care) care that is carried
out on an ongoing basis for postpartum mothers with blisters on the right nipple.
The method of care in this LTA is by conducting interviews, examining, observing,
and managing care. The results of the care showed that Mrs. "Q" who was observed
from day 1-4 on Mrs. "Q" had progressed and was successful on the 3rd day, namely
the blisters on the right nipple had healed and the baby was already breastfeeding
on the right side. The subject in this care is Mrs. "Q" P20002 7 days of childbirth
with blistered nipples. The conclusion of midwifery care by COC (Contiunity Of
Care) is obtained by doing independent care by the mother with the care of blistered
nipples, correct breastfeeding techniques and breast care. Midwives must
participate in providing special information in the handling of blistered nipples so
that postpartum mothers are able to carry out care independently in the event of
blistered nipples.
