ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN POST OP FRAKTUR DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA KRIAN SIDOARJO
Abstract
Fracture is the continuation of tissue continuity. Clinically, it can be in the
form of open and closed fractures. One of the invasive actions in handling
invoices is surgery. After surgery, the client feels extreme pain and the sufferer
has inadequate pain management. Nursing problems that arise in post-op fractures
are acute pain due to tissue damage resulting in changes in the peripheral nervous
system and central nervous system. The objective of the study is to explore
nursing care for acute pain in post op fracture patients in the Anwar Medika
General Hospital. The method used is the case study method. The data collection
was obtained from interviews, observations, physical examinations and
documentation. The assessment found in the major and minor data was grimaced,
protected, increased pulse rate, difficulty sleeping, raised blood pressure, changed
breathing patterns, focused on their. The results of the assessment determined the
diagnosis of acute pain. Nursing intervention was a relaxation of deep breathing.
The researchers found that the intensity of the pain scale reduced to mild pain on
the 3rd day. From this result it is hoped that it can be used as a basis for further
research so that research results can be satisfactory, nursing interventions in deep
breathing can be done more frequently and modify with distraction measures so
that the achievement of goals is more optimal. Furthermore, nurses are expected
to be able to apply deep breathing relaxation nursing actions to reduce the
intensity of the pain scale, especially in post op fracture patients with acute pain
nursing problems.
