ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN TB PARU DI RSI SAKINAH MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Pulmonary TB caused by mycrobacterium tuberculosis is an infectious
disease that attacks the lungs and almost all other organs of the body. Symptoms
early and often complained of is a continuous cough accompanied by a buildup of
secretions in the lower respiratory tract. The purpose of this study is to find a
picture of the implementation of airway clean nursing nursing care ineffective in
pulmonary TB disease in the field with the literature review method in 2 research
journals. The implementation provided has been adjusted to the nursing care plan
the ineffectiveness of the airway cleansing including reviewing respiration
function, giving a semi or fowler position, maintaining fluid intake with 2500ml
warm water, providing oxygen or nebulizer therapy and recording discharge
secretions. Evaluation results from Journal 1 on client 1 shortness of breath are
much reduced, can breathe freely, secretions can be removed, the patient is lying
in a semi-fowler position, intake 24 hours 3425ml, nasal O2 2l / minute, breath
frequency 22x / minute, SPO² 96%. Client 2, said there was no shortness of
breath, no phlegm but still coughing, ronchi reduced, breathing frequency 23x /
minute, SPO² 97%. Journal 2 client 1 is no cough, client is relaxed, no dypsnea,
regular breathing rhythm, breathing frequency 20x / minute, SPO² 97%. client 2
has no cough, regular breath rhythm, breathing frequency 23 / minute, nasal O2
6lpm, there is no breathing aid muscles.
