ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY E MASA NIFAS, NEONATUS SAMPAI PENGGUNAAN KONTRASEPSI DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS PUNGGING KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO
Abstract
Continuity of care is the provision of midwifery care starting from the
postpartum period, neonates or newborns to becoming family planning acceptors.
This is intended as an effort to assist, monitor and detect possible complications or
complications that accompany mothers and babies from the postpartum period to
using family planning. The purpose of the preparation of this final report is to provide
continuity of care and document SOAP for postpartum mothers, neonates and family
planning using midwifery management.
The method used by the author is continuous midwifery care (continuity of
care) at the Pungging Health Center, accompanied by a Puskesmas midwife. The
midwifery care given to Mrs. "E" lasts ± 6 weeks from the postpartum period,
neonates to family planning with a frequency of 4 postpartum visits, 3 times
neonates, and 1 family planning.
The results of midwifery care showed that Mrs. "E" in midwifery care
during the puerperium, until family planning there was no gap between theory and
facts. During the postpartum period Mrs. "E" walked physiologically, it's just that in
the baby Mrs. "E" experienced jaundice at the age of 6 days, for the contraceptive that
Mrs. "E" chose was using Post-placental IUD KB.
Continuity of care that was carried out on Mrs. "E" during the puerperium,
neonates and family planning results were found within normal limits and there were
no accompanying complications. It is hoped that the midwifery profession in
providing continuous midwifery care (continuity of care) will always implement
midwifery management, maintain and increase competence in providing care
according to midwifery service standards.
