SUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE INFARK DENGAN MASALAH HAMBATAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RSU DR.WAHIDIN SUDIRO HUSODO MOJOKERTO
Abstract
CVA (carebro vascular accident) is a disease or functional brain disorder in the form of
nerve paralysis (neurological deficits) due to obstruction of blood flow to the brain.
Signs and symptoms that can lead to stroke such as paralysis of the limbs, difficulty
reversing positions, discomfort become symptoms of nursing problems barriers to
physical mobility. Cases of stroke in mojokerto in November 2019, the number of
sufferers has reached 15 people. Did not rule out that number could still increase. This
method uses a descriptive method in the form of case studies with nursing care
techniques that include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and
documentation. Nursing care is carried out for 2 weeks from 30 December 2019 to 06
January 2020. The results obtained in the case study are physical mobility barriers with
the same criteria of two respondents. Tn S Development After taking 8x24 hours of
nursing care for stroke patients by monitoring vital signs, assessing the patient's ability
to mobilize, teaching families and patients about range of motion (ROM) exercises,
assisting and assisting patients when mobilizing, teaching patients over beds, help
patients provide health education to the patient's family about the importance of doing
range of motion (ROM). The diagnosis of barriers to physical mobility is partially
overcome, interventions are continued such as ROM exercises, bed rest every 2 hours.
