To accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality, it can be done with continuous and comprehensive care from the postpartum period to family planning. The author provides assistance to Mrs. I, 28 years old by visiting during the postpartum period, neonates, and family planning and providing care according to the needs of the mother and baby. Care for Mrs. I was given from March 16, 2020 to April 26, 2020 for 8 visits, namely 4 postpartum visits, 3 times neonatal visits, and 1x family planning visit. As a result of the postpartum visit, the mother did not have any complaints and her condition was good. At the first neonatal visit, the baby was in good health and there were no complaints whatsoever. As well as on her first family planning visit, the mother said she wanted to use 3-month injection contraception. The care that has been given can be understood and applied. Mothers are cooperative in examinations and receive good health education, so that the authors can provide care according to the needs of mothers and babies. It is hoped that with the continuous midwifery care during the puerperium, neonates and family planning can early detect complications that occur so as to reduce AKI and IMR, and increase knowledge for mothers about postpartum and infant care.en_US
