dc.description.abstract | During the postpartum period, there is often discomfort in the postpartum
mother, such as the discharge of postpartum blood (lochea), decreased appetite,
swelling in the legs due to postpartum. The purpose of this Final Project Report is to
provide comprehensive care for postpartum mothers, neonates and family planning.
The Midwifery Care Method applied in this Final Project Report is obtained
from the results of anamnesis / interviews both in person and online, observation by
physical examination, determining the problem diagnosis and conducting midwifery
care management. The subject / target in this care is Mrs. V P2A0, 24 years old with
delivery at 40 weeks who gave birth spontaneously and felt complaints such as swollen
legs during the puerperium.
The results of doing comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. V during the
puerperium with complaints of swollen feet and it has been resolved properly. During
the puerperium, everything was running normally and there were no complications of
the puerperium, signs of infection and signs of the puerperium. Neonates also walk
normally so that babies do not find any danger signs in newborns. And the mother has
decided to become an acceptor of KB MAL.
The conclusion of this Comprehensive Midwifery Care is obtained by doing
Midwifery Care independently and collaboration and early treatment so that there are
no complications starting in the postpartum period, neonates. Midwives feel to carry
out regular early screening of pregnant women at every direct visit or online during a
pandemic like this and carry out collaborative midwifery care if complications are foun. | en_US |
