    Abstract
    Typhoid Feveris a systemic bacterial disease that is often experienced by the community, especially in the Tangunan Village Area, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency. This acute infection of the small intestine is caused by Salmonella typhi, which is usually characterized by fever for more than 7 days, chills, nausea and vomiting. The purpose of this study is to provide a real picture of the implementation of nursing care in patients with hyperthermia problems in the case of Typhoid Fever. The method used is descriptive in the form of cases. The provision of nursing care to two patients who experienced hyperthermia in the case of Typhoid Fever started from assessment, diagnosis, planning, action and evaluation. The data of this study were taken by interview techniques in assessment, physical examination, observation,The patient is .≤ 40 years old, complaining of fever (temperature above 36.5-37.5℃) with a medical diagnosis of Typhoid Fever. At the time of the assessment, the patient had had a fever for ± 7 days and after nursing care for 4x24 hours, hyperthermia in both patients was resolved with the criteria for temperature within normal limits (36.537,5°C), pulse in the normal range (60-100x/day). minutes), no skin discoloration, no shortness of breath, and no seizures. All of the interventions that have been done, recommend drinking water as a substitute for fluids in the body so that dehydration does not occur, and giving warm compresses is an action that can accelerate the decrease in body temperature so that it is expected that the implementation will be carried out correctly and correctly according to the procedure.
