The method used in carrying out nursing care is a method in the form of a case study. Participants who were given nursing care were 2 participants who experienced Acute Gastroenteritis with the problem of Fluid Volume Deficiency (Hypovolemia) at the Kesamben Health Center Jombang. Research data were collected by interview (assessment) and physical examination techniques. The results showed that the client's condition had a good development. After nursing care for 3x24 hours, the client found 1 soft defecation once a day, the client seemed to be improving, the mucous membranes were moist, the skin turgor was normal, BP: 110/80 mmHg, N: 85 x/min, RR: 20 x/min, S: 36.5 degrees Celsius, and the client has 2 CHAPTER 1x a day soft stools, the client seems to be improving, the mucous membranes are moist, the skin turgor is normal, BP: 120/80 mmHg, N: 86 x/min, RR: 21 x/min, S: 36.6 degrees Celsius.
