    Abstract
    The risk of nutrition less than body requirements is a condition where individuals are at risk of experiencing insufficient nutritional intake to meet metabolic needs. The risk of nutrition less than the body's needs in pulmonary tuberculosis patients if not treated will affect the delay in healing, increase in mortality, the risk of recurrence and the incidence of hepatitis due to OAT. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the implementation of nursing care with the problem of risk of nutrition less than the body's needs in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The participants in this case study were 2 participants with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that participant 1 complained of not having an appetite, eating 1-2x/day, nausea, weight loss from before being sick 60 kg and during the assessment of body weight 56 kg with a BMI of 23.0 in normal nutritional status, the patient experienced weight loss 6 %. Meanwhile, participant 2 complained of decreased appetite, eating 2x/day, nausea, bitter mouth, weight and weight loss before getting sick 39 kg and currently 37 kg with a BMI of 16.89 with severe underweight nutritional status, the patient experienced a weight loss of 5%. After making the plan, the researcher carried out nursing actions according to the plan, namely identifying the nutritional status of the patient, measuring weight, monitoring food intake, providing education about nutrition in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, providing education about balanced nutrition. The results of the evaluation on both participants all the outcome criteria have been carried out, so that the nursing problem has been resolved, both participants 1 and 2 are sufficiently monitored in terms of food, care and tuberculosis treatment.
