dc.description.abstract | Mobilization is a prominent factor and plays an important role in post operative recovery, especially mothers with post caesarean section, the pain felt in the abdominal area makes the client feel afraid and anxious to move so that can be client experiences a descrease in muscle strenght in the lower extremities. The nursing diagnosis that arises is impaired physical mobility. The purpose of writing this scientific paper was to explore the nursing care for Mrs.E and Mrs.U on the post caesarean section with nursing problem namely physical mobility obstacles. This final assignment report used a case report design that applied interview, observation and physical examination, as well documentation studies. After implementing the nursing on both patient, the result showed that the goals were archieved entirely, on the third day, patient 1 had beenable to move independently, moved from a sitting position to a standing position. Then, this also happens to patient 2 had beenable to move independently, move from sittong position to a standing positon. Based on these result, it’s hoped that the mother can immediately mobilize in stages, after the mother comes home the mobilization that is taught will still be done while at home. For families, it’s expected to encourage and assist mothers in mobilizing. For nurses, to spend more time demonstrating or teaching mothers to mobilize gradually. | en_US |
