dc.description.abstract | Many mothers have not been able to give breast milk in the first days after delivery. While breast milk is very important in the first day for the life and development of the baby, and can provide benefits for the mother, baby and family from a health perspective. The nursing diagnosis that emerged was ineffective breastfeeding.nursing care postpartum spontaneousZ and Mrs. F with ineffective breastfeeding problems. The method used is a case report that uses interview data collection, observation, physical examination, and nursing documentation which was carried out on 30 - 01 June 2022 for participant 1 and on July 12 - 14 2022 for participant 2. The results obtained after implementing nursing implementation on both clients, the goal was achieved completely, on client 1 on the third day they were able to breastfeed correctly and more milk came out on the right and left breasts, on client 2 on the third day they were able to breastfeed correctly and more milk came out. Based on these results, it is stated that mothers can breastfeed and breast attachment correctly gradually, after the mother comes home breastfeeding correctly continues to be done at home.
