ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BANGSAL
Abstract
Stroke is a serious problem in the world because it can cause physical disability. Damage to brain cells after a stroke causes cognitive, sensory, and motor dysfunction, thereby inhibiting functional abilities ranging from movement activities to communicating with people around normally. Implementing Nursing Care with Impaired Physical Mobility in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke Patients in the Bangsal Health Center Work Area. This research uses a descriptive research design with a case study research approach. At the data collection stage, researchers used techniques (interviews, observations, and documentation) in the nursing care assessment format that had been prepared previously. The results of the study after nursing actions were carried out for 7 x 24 hours, it was found that providing active and passive range of motion exercises in collaboration with physiotherapy can increase the client's muscle strength and reduce joint stiffness. Collaborating with families in creating a safe home environment can provide security and convenience for clients when mobilizing. The effectiveness of active and passive motion exercises is influenced by the client's routine in undergoing exercise. So that the client is expected to do active and passive motion exercises regularly with the family involved in helping the client in doing the exercises.
