The risk of accidents is very high in surgery if the implementation is not in
accordance with the standards of operational procedures that have been set. The
surgical team certainly does not want to cause injury to the patient, but in fact
there are still patients who experience KTD and KNC, even to the point of causing
death or serious injury. The purpose of the study is to analyze the Relationship of
Motivation and Attitude of Nurses With Compliance In The Application of
Surgical Safety Checklist in the Operating Room. The design of this research is
correlational analytics with a crossectional approach. The variables of this study
are motivation and attitude as independent variables and compliance as dependent
variables. The population of this study is all nurses in the surgical room of Prof.
Dr. Soekandar Mojokerto hospital as many as 21 nurses. The sample was taken
with a total sampling technique of 21 respondents. The data was collected with
questionnaire instruments and tested with contingence coefficient and chi square
tests. The results of the statistical test obtained data value ρ for motivation = 0.001
and value ρ for attitude = 0.003, this shows that the value of ρ both independent
variables < α = 0.05 then H1 accepted means there is a relationship between
motivation and attitude with compliance with the application of surgical safety
checklist in the operating room of rsud Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojokerto. Based on
the intensity of the relationship shows the two variables included in a fairly close
relationship. Motivation and attitude affect nurse compliance in implementing
surgical safety checklist documenting so as to provide protection to nurses,
especially to patients, because patient safety is the main thing and must be
prioritized by health workers in providing health services.

ISPURNAWAH, IMAM AJIB
The stigma that occurs in society against people with HIV and AIDS has
an impact on sufferers to stigmatize themselves (Self Stigma). Negative self-
acceptance which causes a decrease in self-esteem and self-efficacy so that it
affects the individual's belief to be able to recover. The purpose of this study was
to analyze the effect of counseling on self-stigma of patients with the Lawrence
green theory approach. The research design was a pretest-posttest control group
design with a sample size of 40 respondents selected by purposive sampling
technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Counseling treatment of
respondents using the module. The statistical tests used were paired t-test and
independent t-test. The test results showed that the treatment group was 0.000 and
the control group was 0.104. Correlation coefficient 0.600. The independent t test
value of 0.001 means that there is a difference in the average number of self-
stigma in the treatment group and the average in the control group after
counseling. Counseling with Lawrence Green's theoretical approach can reduce
self-stigma so that HIV/AIDS patients think positively about themselves, do not
withdraw from the environment and are willing to behave in therapy for their own
healing.

Infection prevention measures still have nurses who did not implemented it, this happens because of lack of awareness of nurses in addition to lack of good supervision and low motivation in following or running sop infection prevention. The purpose of the study was to analyzed the relationship of supervision and motivation of nurses against infection prevention measures through the use of PPE and Hand Hygiene in the Covid 19 Isolation Room. Correlational analytical research design. Supervision and motivation as independent variables, actions as dependent variables. The population of all nurses of Covid-19 Isolation Room Hospital Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojokerto as many as 32 people. The sample was taken with a total sampling technique of 32 respondents. The data was collected with questionnaire instruments and tested with coeeficient contingence tests and chi square tests. The result of the coefficient contingence test for variable supervise with APD is obtained the value of ρ = 0.001. Supervision with hand hygiene obtained value ρ = 0.000. While the results of the chi square motivation test with APD obtained the value of ρ = 0.005 < α = 0.05, and motivation with hand hygiene obtained the value of ρ = 0.004 < α = 0.05. The results of bivariate analysis show that H1 is accepted meaning there is a relationship between supervision and motivation with infection prevention measures through PPE and hand hygiene. The results of multivariate analysis showed the beta coefficient value for supervise is higher than the motivation of 0.304 so that the most dominant variable is the supervisory variable. The implementation of good and appropriate supervision will foster the spirit and performance of the right health workers in carrying out infection prevention.
