Pulmonary TB is caused by Microbacterium Tuberculosis which attacks the lower
respiratory tract precisely in the lung parenchyma resulting in a buildup of sputum
on the alveoli causing a problem namely ineffective airway cleansing which is
characterized by coughing for two weeks or more accompanied by chest pain,
coughing can be in the form of coughing up blood. The purpose of this study is to
find a picture of the implementation of nursing care in the field. The research
method is literature review from two research journals. The implementation
provided has been adjusted to the nursing care plan, the ineffectiveness of the
airway cleansing, including reviewing respiration function, giving the position of
semi-fowler or high fowler, maintaining fluid intake by giving warm water ±
2500ml, giving oxygen or nebulizer, and recording secretions. The evaluation
results from the first journal examination objectively client 1 looks no coughing,
relaxing, no tightness, regular breathing rhythm, breathing frequency 20x / minute,
and client 2 is no coughing, regular breathing rhythm, breathing frequency 23x /
minute, while the results of the second journal client 1 said it was still coughing but
rarely and was still claustrophobic, from the objective examination results there
were still additional ronkhi voices, as well as the breathing frequency 20x / minute,
and client 2 the problem was resolved this was evidenced from the criterion of the
results that had been achieved ie the client said sputum many have come out, started
lightly, no cough, no tightness, from the examination results objectively there was
no additional sound ronkhi, and breathing frequency 18x / minute, so there are no
complications in the healing process. Overall interventions carried out, giving the
position of semi-fowler and nebulizer are actions that can accelerate the cleansing
of the airway again effectively so that it is expected to be carried out properly and
correctly in accordance with the procedure.

One of the problems experienced by Typoid sufferers is hyperthermia.
Hyperthermia in typoid due to acute infection of the digestive tract that stimulates
the hypothalamus so that body temperature rises. Hyperthermia, if not treated
immediately, results in seizures and decreased awareness and increased
metabolism. The purpose of this study is to find a picture of the implementation of
nursing care in the field. The research method is literature review from 2 research
journals. The implementation provided has been adjusted to the hyperthermia
nursing care plan including giving a warm compress on the neck, armpits and
body folds, advocating using thin clothing and absorbing sweat, and collaborating
with the medical team. The results of the evaluation of Journal 1 on the client 1
hyperthermia problem is resolved this is evidenced from the results criteria,
namely the client's family says his body temperature is in the normal limit of 36.5
° C, and client 2 hyperthermia is resolved after day 3, this can be proven from
several results criteria achieved the family said their child's body temperature was
within the normal limit of 37.0 ° C, while the results of the journal 2 client 1 had
not been hot the problem was resolved this was evidenced from the results criteria
ie the client's family said his child's body temperature was within the normal limit
of 36.2 ° C , and client 2 the problem is resolved, this is evidenced from the
outcome criteria ie the client's family says the child's body temperature is within
the normal limit of 36.0 ° C. Overall interventions carried out, giving compresses
using warm water is an effective action to reduce heat so that body temperature
can return to normal.

Typhoid is an acute infection of the small intestine caused by the bacteria salmonella
typhi. Transmission of typhoid through the fecal and oral route that enters the human body through
contaminated food and drink. The purpose of this nursing care is to provide nursing care to
children with typhoid with a risk of nutritional deficits in the PKM Ward, Mojokerto Regency.
The method used in nursing care is the case study method in the form of a case study. Participants
in this case study were 1 participant with a nutritional deficit risk problem. Data collection
techniques included interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation. The results
showed the assessment that the client experienced decreased sense of desire, anorexia. Intervention
Risk of nutritional deficit is given small but frequent feeds. After nursing care, the risk of a
patient's nutritional deficits can be resolved by an increase in appetite. Providing education to
families in maintaining children's diet so that children do not eat food carelessly. and the most
effective way to overcome the problem of the risk of nutritional deficits is to provide small
amounts of food but often because it can increase the child's appetite, so that it can prevent the risk
of nutritional deficits.

Everyone will experience psychosocial problems. If a person is unable to
resolve the pressure that is exerting on him for a long time then it can cause
schizophrenia. Schizophrenics will show signs of irritability and depression,
hallucinations. One of the most visible symptoms is hallucinations that are not
real. The aim of this nursing care is to be able to analyze nursing care for clients
who have auditory hallucinations in the research journal obtained. The method
used is the study of literature. In analyzing cases obtained from 2 journals using a
schizophrenic client variable with auditory hallucinations. The study found client
data with auditory hallucinations such as talking, laughing alone, getting angry for
no reason, directing ears in a certain direction, closing ears, hearing sounds or
sounds, hearing voices that invite conversation, hearing sounds that ask us to do
something dangerous. Then set the diagnosis. Then for BHSP SP 1 intervention,
recognize hallucinogenic content, SP 2 and SP 3 hallucinations, SP 4 compliance
in taking medication. Implementation is carried out 3 days with the first day doing
BHSP, the second day teaches the client to control hallucinations, the third day
teaches the client to be obedient to take medication. The focus of giving
intervention to the hallucinatory client is BHSP, positive reinforcement, giving a
positive response to small things can make the Client become more trusting in the
nurse and the environment that supports the client's healing. Everything that is
done aims so that the client can control the hallucinations by rebuking the sound
of hallucinations and obediently taking medication.
