ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN YANG MENGALAMI GASTRITIS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TAWANGSARI MOJOKERTO

Abstract

In various parts of the world, the incidence of pain is the most common because it is very disturbing for the comfort of the patient, one of which is the client with gastritis. This is an increase in gastric acid resulting in inflammation of the gastric mucosal layer. The purpose of this study was to carry out acute pain nursing care for clients who experienced gastritis in the work area of the Tawangsari Public Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. This research method uses descriptive research method with a case study approach. The results of the analysis of the two clients are the same, namely experiencing heartburn. Within 2 days of implementation, the researchers provided deep breathing relaxation techniques and warm compresses with the client's acute pain problem showing reduced pain complaints. Client 1 showed heartburn from pain scale (5) to mild pain (3), while client 2 showed heartburn from pain scale (4) to mild pain (2). Researchers hope this technique is carried out by paying attention to time and helping individuals provide self-control when there is pain in their stomach due to gastritis so that pain can be reduced.
