ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH ISOLASI SOSIAL PADA KLIEN YANG MENGALAMI SKIZOFRENIA DI YAYASAN GRIYA CINTA KASIH 2 KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that shows mental disorders in cognitive function (mind) in the form of disorganization. The disorder concerns the formation of the flow and content of thought. The nursing problem in schizophrenia is social isolation which is a condition where an individual is completely unable to interact with other people around him. clients may feel rejected, unaccepted, lonely, and unable to build meaningful relationships with others. The purpose of this study is to provide nursing care with social isolation nursing problems to clients who experience schizophrenia at the Griya Cinta Kasih 2 Payungrejo Foundation. The design of this case study is descriptive type. The method used in the research is interview techniques in assessment, physical examination, observation and documentation studies. After taking nursing care for 7 days with the patient, the results showed that in client 1, the goal had been achieved, some clients were able to interact with others, while for the second client the goal was partially achieved even though the patient was still shy when interacting with other people Planning that can be done by researchers is to visit the patient's family. The effectiveness of the intervention depends on the compliance of the patient in carrying out the intervention that has been given. So that participants are motivated to improve their self-concept and social relations by implementing programs that have been provided by health workers.
