ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH NYERI KEPALA PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure causes blood vessels to narrow and causes blockage of brain cell tissue. that affect the occurrence of hypertension such as genetic factors, environment, lifestyle, stress and cause headaches in hypertension. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The participants of this case study consist of 2 participants with headache problems. The research was carried out at the Dawarblandong Health Center Work Environment in Madusreso village in May 2021. Data collection techniques carried out included interviews and physical examinations. From assessment data obtained high blood pressure of more than 140/90 mmHg, headache, pain in the head and neck. Participants 1 and 2 both had hypertension and experienced pain in the head. After planning, the researcher carried out comprehensive nursing actions, namely controlling relieve and aggravate pain, scale pain and reduce excessive activity. The results of the evaluation after thorough nursing actions for 3 days showed that the problem was resolved by participant 1, the pain in the crown of the head disappeared, and blood pressure was controlled. And in Participant 2, the pain was at the back of the head. reduced neck and reduced excessive activity appropriately then it can overcome the pain in the head
