ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT PADA FRAKTUR FEMUR DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

Femur fracture is a damage thigh bone continuity caused by direct trauma, muscle fatigue and certain conditions such as bone degeneration or osteoporosis. Femur fracture or thigh fracture will experience pain due to injuries caused by a broken femur that injures health tissue which will result in pain. The purpose of this study is provide nursing care to client who experience femoral fracture femur with pain problem. The research design used is qualitative data with a case study approach using the nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, implementations of nursing and evaluation of nursing. The study was conducted in the jasmine room of RSU Anwar Medika with the participants used an client who were diagnoses medically with a femur fracture with a pain problem. Data on clients were obtained from observational, interviews and documentation. The result of implementations carried out of reduce the level of pain in both femur fracture is by planning the reduction in pain level and wound care as well as theraphy at reduce pain. After for 3 meeting the final evaluation result were obtained in Mr.S the problem was partially resolved so that the two clients still needed another implementation and because the problem had not been complete resolve.
