ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN KETIDAKEFEKTIFAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS PADA PASIEN ASMA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DLANGGU

Abstract

Asthma is a serious problem in the world because it can cause reversible respiratory disorders characterized by prolonged bronchial narrowing due to excessive mucus or swelling of the mucous membranes. So that it can cause a person to become short of breath in carrying out nursing care research with ineffective airway clearance in asthma patients in the working area of the Dlanggu Health Center. in this study using techniques (interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation) in the assessment format that had been prepared previously. Nursing care was carried out for 3 days. The purpose of this study is to develop a nursing plan and implement nursing actions. The results showed that there were differences between clients 1 and 2, namely in client 1 the problem was partially achieved, while in client 2 the problem had been resolved. obtained on client 1 shows the results of RR: 22x/min, there is still secretions, rhonchi can still be heard, while on client 2 the results are RR: 20x/min, no crackles are heard, the client seems to be breathing easily. In intervening on the client by teaching coughing exercises effectively and teach clients deep breathing to reduce shortness of breath and chest physiotherapy collaboration to increase secretion and mucus production. collaborate in administering drugs to reduce shortness of breath. Nursing care involves the family and family providing full support for the health of the client, so that the client can improve health status.
