ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN NYERI KRONIS DI PUSKESMAS TROWULAN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure causes blood vessels to narrow and causes blockage of brain cell tissue. that affect the occurrence of hypertension such as genetic factors, environment, lifestyle, stress and cause headaches in hypertension. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The participants in this case study consisted of 2 participants with headaches. The study was conducted at the Trowulan Health Center Work Environment in Trowulan village in May 2021. The data collection techniques used included interviews and physical examinations. In the study, data was obtained on participant 1, 45 years old, female, Mrs. D felt a headache from the posterior to the anterior radiating to the neck. The client said that he had been to the puskesmas. The client said that his family had no history of the same disease. N: 90 x/minute RR: 21 x/min Temperature: 36.5 with a scale of 6 pain, P: a lot of thoughts (stress) Q: like being pressured by a heavy object R: head psterior to anterior radiating to the neck S: pain scale 6 Q: It comes and goes. In participant 2, female, Mrs. K feels a headache in the anterior radiating to her neck. The client said that he had never been to a puskesmas or hospital for treatment, only to a treatment center or village midwife. The client said the family had no history of the same disease. And in participant 2 with BP: 150/80 x/minute with a scale of 4 pain, moderate to no device P: excessive activity Q: like being stabbed R: in the anterior part of the head S: scale 4 of 1-10 T: intermittent.
