dc.description.abstract	Pulmonary tuberculosis is still a source of health problems among people around the word. Indonesia is a thirt country with the higest number of tuberculosis case after India and China. The pulpose of this study was to carry out nursing care with the problem ofineffective airway clearance in tuberculosis patients. This research design tecnicque namely finding the right fact to explain the client,s situation by carrying out the nursing care process which consist of asesment, determining, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
