Abstract:
Musculoskeletal problems such as joint and bone disorders are becoming common problems in older ones because they affect mobility and activities that are vital to elderly health. Among the many arthritis, osteoarthritis, and gout problems caused by joints can cause pain and decline in muscle strength. As a result of swelling, stiffness in the joints can cause the elderly to experience obstacles to physical mobility. The research is aimed at identifying nursing care for the elderly with physical mobility disorder of patients gout arthritis in the work area of the upt puskesmas wrwananom. The kind of research used is a descriptive study with a case study design on two patients with gout arthritis that suffer from physical mobility barriers. The type of research being used is a descriptive study with a design case study in two patients with gout who suffer physical mobility challenges. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation. The villages of lebani suko and sumengko. The results from the case study show that after a 4x24 hour nursing session with the treatment intervention of a mobilisation obtained on participants 1 and participants 2 indicate the movement of increased extremities, stiffness of joints.
