Abstract

Gastroenteritis is a form of inflammation that occurs in the digestive tract , in the stomach and small intestine. Gastroenteritis usually occurs in childhood and is a common disease in children. the author uses the description method, as for the taking of the case from 2 participants. A suffering diarrhea nursing problem with gastroenteritis medical diagnosis. This data is obtained in away through interviews, examination, observations,nursing records and diagnostic reports and in cooperation with the medical team and the families of participants. after three sessions of treatment, both participants’s conditions have improved significantly with the expected results. based on a report on medical records at the Islamic hospital masyitoh county wards. Reporting the rate of diarrheal disease in the 2018 hospital, which occupied the first place in the year, is that acute diarrhea reaches 586 from the country. At 586 out of 8000 patients. As for an increase In acute diarrhea in 2019 country, to 718 out of 9000 patients.
