FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PELAKSANAAN DISCHARGE PLANNING PADA PERAWAT DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA SIDOARJO

Abstract

There were still many reports about suboptimal nursing services, what often happens was that discharge planning was generally only done when the patient was discharged from the hospital. This study aimed to analyze factors affecting the implementation of discharge planning for nurses at Anwar Medika Hospital, Sidoarjo. This research design used correlation analytic with Retrospective approach. The population in this study were all 194 nurses who treated inpatients at RSU Anwar Medika Sidoarjo in June 2021. The sampling technique of this research was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. The research instrument used questionnaire in the form of google form. Data analysis using Multiple Logistics Regression Test. The results suggested that the factors of knowledge, personnel, involvement and participation, communication, time, agreement and consensus simultaneously affect the implementation of discharge planning for nurses at Anwar Medika Hospital Sidoarjo as evidenced by the F test results obtained p value = 0.000. Knowledge factors (pvalue=0.002), personnel (pvalue=0.000), involvement and participation (pvalue=0.017), communication (pvalue=0.037), time (pvalue=0.000), agreement and consensus (pvalue=0.000) related to discharge implementation. planning at RSU Anwar Medika Sidoarjo is the personnel factor, time and agreement and consensus factors. The dominant factor related to the implementation of discharge planning is the time factor. Good knowledge of nurses, good personnel, involvement and participation of families, good communication between nurses, patients, and good families, good timing, good agreement and consensus, then discharge planning implementation is also good.
