TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PERAWAT DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN COVID-19 DI PUSKESMAS JATIREJO KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Abstract

The high incidence of Covid-19 is also seen in Indonesia, the incidence of Covid-19 cases makes nurses feel more and more anxious about the transmission of Covid-19 because this virus can infect the respiratory tract and even death. Anxiety is a vague fear accompanied by feelings of uncertainty, helplessness, isolation, and insecurity. Anxiety is an emotional state without a specific object. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety in nurses in the effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 at the Jatirejo Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. In this study used descriptive research with quantitative methods and cross sectional design, the population of all nurses at the Jatirejo Mojokerto Health Center, as many as 50 respondents were taken by total sampling technique, the sample in this study were nurses at the Jatirejo Mojokerto Public Health Center. The variable in this study was the level of anxiety in nurses in an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. Data was taken using the Anxiety Questionnaire and then processed by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. Analysis of the data using analytical descriptive with the help of SPSS analysis results that the anxiety level of nurses is mostly in the severe category (44%), female nurses mostly experience severe anxiety (64%), nurses aged 20-30 years experience moderate anxiety (39.4%), nurses with D3 nursing education had moderate anxiety (50.0%), married nurses had moderate anxiety levels (54.7%), and nurses in the isolation room had severe anxiety levels. as much as (50.0%). In this study it was found that the level of anxiety was caused by several factors, namely age, gender, marital status and education.
