Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a series of physical, psychological and emotional complaints related to a woman's menstrual cycle. Symptoms appear periodically for 7-10 days before menstruation and disappear when menstruation begins. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) states that 38.45% of women in the world experience problems with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). Meanwhile in Indonesia the incidence of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) reaches 70 – 90% of the entire population of women of reproductive age. This research is a quantitative research with a comparative causal method and uses a cross-sectional research design and The samples that will be taken from this research are all undergraduate midwifery students from level 1 to level 3 at Bina Sehat University PPNI Mojokerto, totaling 90 female students. From the results of the spearmen rank analysis, it was found that p value = 0.554. The data shows that p > 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, H1 is rejected, which means there is no significant relationship between premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and eating behavior. This is because many respondents who experience premenstrual syndrome (PMS) have good eating behavior.
