dc.description	Hypertension is a condition in which the blood vessels have high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmH g). DATOK intervention (diet, physical activity, obedience to medication, stress management) is a non-pharmacological strategy designed with the primary goal of reducing hypertension and preventing its potential complications. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out the analysis of nursing orphanage in hypertension age with the problem of ineffectiveness of coffee mechanisms through DATOK intervention (diet, physical activity, obedience to medication, stress management). The application of DATOK interventions can outline the role of technology and the responsibilities of governments in ensuring its widespread implementation. As a comprehensive examination of the effectiveness and potential of DATOK interventions, it can be at the bottom of the importance of interventions in modern healthcare paradigms.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Hipertensi merupakan kondisi dimana pembuluh darah memiliki tekanan darah tinggi (tekanan darah sistolik ≥140 mmHg atau tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg). Intervensi DATOK (diet, aktifitas fisik, taat minum obat, kelola stres) merupakan strategi nonfarmakologis yang dirancang dengan tujuan utama untuk mengurangi hipertensi dan mencegah potensi komplikasinya. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini yaitu untuk mengetahui analisis asuhan keperawatan pada lansia hipertensi dengan masalah ketidakefektifan koping mekanisme melalui intervensi DATOK (diet, aktifitas fisik, taat minum obat, kelola stres). Berdasarkan hasil analisis kasus terhadap ketiga kasus pasien yang mengalami ketidakefektifan koping mekanisme karena hipertensi bisa menjadi depresi yang berkurang /skala depresi menurun, tekanan darah smenurun/terkontrol setelah diberikan intervensi inovatif DATOK. Penerapan intervensi DATOK dapat menguraikan peran teknologi dan tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam memastikan penerapannya secara luas. Sebagai pemeriksaan komprehensif terhadap kemanjuran dan potensi intervensu DATOK, dapat di garis bawahi pentingnya intervensi DATOK dalam paradigma perawatan kesehatan modern.	en_US
