dc.description.abstract Stress management that is managed well can affect bad stress levels into good ones. Stress management that is not managed will cause students' learning motivation to decrease. Management in dealing with stress is a way to make him immune to stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress levels and stress management in organizational time division at Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The design of this research uses correlation analytic with cross sectional approach, namely causal variable. The population in this study were students of BEM Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The sampling technique of this research is total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 25 people. The research instrument used the DASS questionnaire and questionnaires taken from previous studies. Data analysis using Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most of the respondents had a mild stress level of 18 people (72.0%) and most of the respondents had moderate stress management, namely 18 people (72%). The results of the Spearman Rho test show that p-value = 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.984 so that there is a strong relationship between stress levels and stress management in the division of organizational time at Stikes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. en_US
