EDUKASI TERAPI LATIHAN CLYNDRICAL GRIP TERHADAP KEKUATAN OTOT GENGGAM JARI PADA PASIEN PASCA STROKE

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase respondents' knowledge about clyndrical grip therapy on finger grip muscle strength. The location of this community service is at the Brawijaya Hospital Neurological Polytechnic. The method used is counseling with an educational approach through the pre-test, counseling and post-test stages. This activity was carried out in September 2023. After carrying out a series of health education activities, there was an increase in results, namely 13 respondents (81.3%) had insufficient pre-test knowledge and 3 respondents (18.8%) had sufficient knowledge. The results of the post-test knowledge were sufficient for 11 respondents (68.8%) and good knowledge for 5 respondents (31.3%). It is hoped that the hospital can follow up on this activity regularly.
