HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PERAWAT TENTANG TRIAGE DENGAN PENERAPAN TRIAGE DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RS ANWAR MEDIKA KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

The emergency installation is one of the service units in the hospital that provide first aid and as the first way of entering the patient with emergency conditions. Nurse triage nurse to perceive patient's condition correctly because perception affects the skill of one nurse in giving nursing care of them in triage application. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of nurse perception with triage implementation in IGD Rs Anwar Medika District Sidoarjo. The research design used in the study is corelational analytic with a cross-section approach. Sampling using nonprobability sampling techniques with a total sampling technique with a total of 25 respondents. Data is collected using observation sheets and questionnaires. Data is processed using Cross tabulation. The results of the study showed that all respondents (25) had a positive perception of triage (100%), all respondents (25) triage well (100%), so there is a relationship between nurse perceptions about triage with triage application. For that, nurses can maintain a good application of triage, thereby improving the quality of service in IGD.
