RESPON PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA TERKAIT PERUBAHAN FISIK PASCA KEMOETRAPI (Studi Literatur Review )

Abstract

One of breast cancer treatment is chemotherapy. Chemotherapy has a physical and psychological impact on breast cancer patient. This condition triggers the emergency of every individual’s response in responding to the changes experienced and the efforts also coping that are used to resolve problems that occur. The purpose of literature review study research is assassement the response of breast cancer patient related to physical changes after chemotherapy. Literature review study of research design with focuses three database such as Google Schoolar, Google Cendikia, and Sciencedirect,and the keyword used include:”the experience of breast cancer patient”,”response to physical changes in cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy”,”experience of post chemotherapy cancer patient”. From the research of Literature Review 10 journals that have been analyzed produce five themes, such as responses to physiological changes, responses to phycological changes, responses to changes experienced after chemotherapy, coping mechanisms in dealing with impacts, and efforts made in dealing with impacts and responding to goals from research that is about knowladge, responses, and coping mechanisms of breast cancer pastients. Tthe conclusion that the result of research from Literatur Review there are responses related to physiczl and psychological changes for breast cancer patient after chemotherapy, and for further researchers are expected to be able to examine more closely with the phenomenological approach about responses breast cancer patient related to pyhsical changes after chemotherapy.
