PENGETAHUAN ORANG TUA TENTANG PENANGANAN AWAL PADA ANAK KEJANG DEMAM

Abstract

The development of childhood is the period most susceptible to various diseases. Especially at the age of 6 months to the first 5 years of life. Infants and children under 5 years are susceptible to various diseases because their immune systems are not yet fully developed. The negative impact of febrile seizures that occur will definitely make you worry and look scary, especially to parents. This study aims to determine the knowledge of parents about early handling of children with febrile seizures. This study uses a literature review method. The main sources used in this research are several journals consisting of 4 international journals and 6 national journals. The analytical method used is using journal content analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: The attitude of parents in handling emergency febrile seizures before being given health education overall (100%) has an attitude in the sufficient category. The attitude of parents in handling emergency febrile seizures after being given health education overall (100%) has a good attitude.
