dc.description.abstract During the puerperium, there are often physiological changes that cause discomfort to the postpartum mother. One of them is swelling of the feet due to fluid buildup in the tissues and it can also occur due to lack of activity. The goal of LTA is to provide midwifery care by COC (Continuity of Care), continuous care for postpartum mothers, neonates and family planning for mothers with swelling in the legs. The method of care in this LTA is by interview, examination, observation, and care management. The subject in this care was Mrs. “A” P 10001 1 week postpartum with physiological puerperium wit h swollen feet problem at Mrs. “A” house in Mojokerto Ward. The results of midwifery care by COC (Continuity of Care) in Mrs. "A" during the postpartum period of 1 week postpartum with swelling of the legs, in BBL with normal BBL and IMD lasting 1 hour after delivery, in neonates with normal neonates, and becoming family planning acceptors MAL. The conclusion of this midwifery care by COC (Continuity of Care) is obtained by conducting midwifery care independently and collaboratively and early treatment, there were no complications from the postpartum period, neonates to family planning. It is recommended that midwives maintain or continue to provide midwifery care so that it can improve health, especially for mothers and babies. en_US
