dc.description.abstract Breastfeeding is the attachment of the nipple in the baby's mouth to suck out milk from the breast, during the puerperium there are often physiological changes that cause discomfort to postpartum mothers, such as sore nipples due to difficulty attaching the attachment between the nipples to the baby's mouth. The purpose of LTA is to provide care. midwifery by COC (Contiunity Of Care) care that is carried out on an ongoing basis for postpartum mothers with blisters on the right nipple. The method of care in this LTA is by conducting interviews, examining, observing, and managing care. The results of the care showed that Mrs. "Q" who was observed from day 1-4 on Mrs. "Q" had progressed and was successful on the 3rd day, namely the blisters on the right nipple had healed and the baby was already breastfeeding on the right side. The subject in this care is Mrs. "Q" P20002 7 days of childbirth with blistered nipples. The conclusion of midwifery care by COC (Contiunity Of Care) is obtained by doing independent care by the mother with the care of blistered nipples, correct breastfeeding techniques and breast care. Midwives must participate in providing special information in the handling of blistered nipples so that postpartum mothers are able to carry out care independently in the event of blistered nipples. en_US
