dc.description.abstract Gastritis is a condition of inflammation or bleeding of the gastric mucosa which can be acute, chronic, diffuse, or local. The purpose of this case study is to apply nursing care with the problem of nutritional disorders less than the body's needs in gastritis patients at Anwar Medika Hospital Krian. The method used is descriptive in the form of cases. Participants in this case study 1 participant with problems of nutritional disorders less than the body's needs. Data collection techniques included interviews, physical examinations, and documentation. The data obtained at the time of the assessment of the client's BB client decreased by more than 10%, decreased appetite and the client experienced nausea, vomiting, pale lip mucosa. After making a plan that is monitoring the weight and and recommend eating a little but often. The results of the evaluation after 3 days of nursing action showed that the problem was partially resolved because the patient's BB increased by only 5%. In the case of nursing, nutritional disorders are less than the body's needs if it is given a small but frequent feeding and provides attractive food and a suitable temperature on a regular basis then it will be able to overcome nutritional disorders less than the body's needs. en_US
