ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN PENURUNAN CURAH JANTUNG PADA PASIEN DECOMPENSATIO CORDIS DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA SIDOARJO

Abstract

A state of physiological conditions of heart failure that cannot pump enough blood to meet the body’s metabolic needs. On the other hand cardiac output decreases resulting in pulmonary edema, decreased perfusion troughout the body, and edema throughout the body,and edema throughout the body. The aim of this study was to implement nursing care for decreased cardiac output in decompensated cordis clients. The design of this case study is descriptive. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, physical examination, the results are written in the form of field notes and then documented. Participants taken were 2 clients who had decompensated cordis with a nursing problem decreasing cardiac output with the results of the maximum assessment criteria day to one treatment, the client was aware and operative, I male participants aged 48 years, and II female participants, with no ballast problem the other. The implementation was carried out 3x24 hours including identifying primary and secondary signs and symtoms of decreased cardiac output, monitoring blood pressure, monitoring oxygen saturation, monitoring arrhythmias, collaborating with medical teams in administering both diuretic and non-diuretic therapies. Expected results obtained. The effectiveness in providing nursing care aside from the the actions of the nurse but also from the response and to the operation of the patient in receiving measures to incease the decrease in cardiac output.
