ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT PADA GASTRITIS DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA KRIAN SIDOARJO

Abstract

Gastritis a state of inflammation of the stomach that can iead to swelling of the gastrick mucosa to the release of superficial mucosal epithelium. This inflammation increases the production of stomach acid so as to irritate the mucosa and cause pain. The purpose of this study to obtain a direct description and experience in providing care of acute pain nursing on gastritis patients. This study was conducted in the chamber room of anwar medika hospital which started in april 2021 with the number of participans of two patient who suffered from gastritis with acute pain nursing problem. This study used qualitative design with a case study apporoach with stages of the nursing procces that included nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, and nursing evaluation. The results of this study indicate that patients experiencing acute pain characterized by patients experiencing pain scale of four faces of the patient appear grinning, the patient tampk nervous. In this case the observation of vitas signs, colborasi in drug administration, teaching relaxation distraction teeniques. For these actions the patients pain can be resolved. Problem resolved within the third day. These results can be resolved. Problem resolved within the third. These results can be used as a reference for other reseaechers in determining the time criteria in providing nursing care to gastritis patients.
