    Abstract
    Human resources (HR) is a thing in order to become a developed country, therefore it is very important to manage human resources well. Managing human resources well includes all activities that the company uses to influence the competence, behavior, and motivation of all people who work in a company. Analysis of the relationship between compensation and work loyalty with employee performance at STIKes Husada Jombang The type of correlational analytic research with cross sectional approach. The independent variable is Compensation (X1), Loyalty (X2) and the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The population in this study were 113 employees of Stikes Husada Jombang by using purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 57 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire, the results of which are analyzed using the Regression test with a significant level of 5% (α = 0.05). The research was carried out on September 15, 2021 The results of the study showed that more than half of the respondents were compensated with less criteria (52.6%), a total of 30 respondents with almost half respondents good employee performance (38.6%) a total of 22 respondents, and more than half respondents with loyalty criteria Enough (52.6 %) a total of 30 respondents with good employee performance (28.1%) a total of 16 respondents. Based on the statistical test of Regression obtained with a probability value (0.030) < standard significant (a: 0.05), then H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an analysis of the relationship between compensation and work loyalty with employee performance at STIKes Husada Jombang which is significant, with a correlation coefficient of 1,000 which is included in the very strong category. Meeting the basic needs of employees cannot guarantee the growth of loyalty to each employee, for that companies need to build and try to improve the quality of employee loyalty in various ways. Giving incentives to employees can be a way for companies to try to make their employees loyal.
