dc.description.abstract | Health efforts are activities to maintain and improve health aimed at
realizing optimal health status for the community. The optimal health degree can
be achieved by nurses with work motivation. High work motivation will affect the
performance carried out in nursing activities. The purpose of this study is to
determine the relationship of work motivation with the performance of nurses in
the Waluya Mutual Hospital of Mojokerto City. This research uses correlation
analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were
nurses at the Reksa Waluya Hospital in Mojokerto City with a total of 70 people
and using probability sampling techniques, the total sampling type. The
independent variable in this study is nurse motivation and the dependent variable
in this study is nurse performance. Data were analyzed using crosstabs. The
results showed that most respondents had high motivation with excellent
performance of 36 people (51.4%), respondents who had high motivation with
good performance were 1 person (1.4%), respondents who had moderate
motivation with good performance once as many as 23 people (32.9%), and
respondents who have moderate motivation with good performance as many as 10
people (14.3%). High work motivation will affect a person's performance. Nurses
who have a strong drive to achieve goals tend to have good performance. There is
a relationship between the motivation of nurses and the performance of nurses in
the Ralua Waluya Hospital in Mojokerto City. | en_US |
